WHERE IS MY ORDER

Orders from the online store can be tracked in your account.

  • Log in to your account using your username and password.
  • Click on the tab ” Orders “
  • There you will see a list with all your previous orders and the status of each.
  • What does the order status “Completed” mean? Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, a shipment notification email will be sent to the email address indicated in the order. The status of the order will update to “Completed” meaning that the order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
